This is our new family favorite. It's homemade, sugar-free, easy, yummy, and did I mention yummy?
4 cups Frozen strawberries (no sugar added)
2 cups Dried pineapple (no sugar added, no sulfites or sulfates)
Mix it all in a large bowl, then let sit for approx. 4 hours. Then put it into a blender.
That's it. You can freeze it or store it in fridge to use right away. Enjoy!

Is it thick like jam should be? Sounds like fun, I'll have to try it.
Yes, it is very similar, depends how long you keep it in the blender, there can be some chunks, but the consistency is alittle runnyer than the good old fashioned jam. So yeah, it's not solid like pudding it is more like a milkshake! he he.
Thanks for this recipe! With your permission could I put in on my website? I will definitely give you credit.
of course!!!!
Jenny, I am fairly new to the Raw Food world, since being diagnosed with MS. I got your recipe from Liz Carey, but I was wondering if you could tell me where you get your dried pineapple? Thanks Kristie Hess
